Great recipe for entertaining. A classic recipe with a tantalizing twist.

Ingredients

8 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
pinch of salt, pepper and paprika
1/3 cup of butter
1/2 cup chopped onions
2 cups sliced mushrooms (leave some whole for presentation)
3/4 dry white wine
2 cans cream of chicken soup
 

Methods/steps

1) Brown chicken in butter and seasonings
2) Throw in onions and mushrooms..cook until tender
3) Add wine, soup and Wine Jelly. Mix well.
4) Place in 9X13 casserole
5) Cook covered for 40 min @ 325
6) Then continue to cook uncover for an additional 40 min
