This delectable brie is the perfect accompaniment to a full-bodied red wine. Serve with flatbread or sliced fresh baguette, to the delight of your guests.
1 round brie
60ml Tracy's Wine Drizzle
3 tblsp. almonds or pecans
Flatbread or baguette slices or crackers.
1. Preheat oven to 350F.
2. Place brie on a layer of parchment paper, on a suitably-sized baking tray.
3. Slowly pour drizzle* over brie. Sprinkle on nuts.
4. Place on baking tray or brie dish and bake for 10-15 minutes, just until cheese softens.
5. Serve warm with flatbread or baguette slices or crackers.
* you may also choose to melt down (in microwave or sauce pan) any of the other Wine Jellies for this purpose as well
